I’m sorry that I didn’t have all time I needed to talk with old friends and acquaintances because there were so many new ones appearing on the scene. Being a “‘73er to the bitter-ender” and playing bass with the Mystic Sons (sp) from the 64-65 era was way-cool and fun. That’s just one example of the new inter-generational contacts that have come about. Anyway, too bad there wasn’t more time (always leave them wanting more!). And talk about a history lesson! A foundation to present our world view, great! Land (surrounded by hostile neighbors, with protective covenants provided by the most recent territorial occupiers). It sounds almost like we’re the new chosen people (only took 4,000 years to appear since the last ones). Count me in. Let’s go! That’s as clear as I can be this morning. Dan Salomon |
