If you own some art created by Franconians during the college years---show what good/bad taste you had then and reunify art with artist or art with community or paper with scissor or rock with wall.
We need to know what space is needed for these artifacts. Wanna show us yours? Get in touch with Veronica &/or Evan at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Cut off date is JULY 31st--about four weeks from now--so dig quick! Hanging arrangements are casual by necessity and while Art will be unsupervised while on exhibit, there will be security people present after everyone else has left the site. Ken Westhaver has indicated an interest in exhibiting and selling work. If anyone else is so inclined they should contact Evan or Veronica for more info.
Also, Neil McLaughlin has contributed a few large boxes of college detritus. A wall will be reserved for these postings (course descriptions, meeting notes, letters of resignation etc.) and your contributions are invited; photos, letters, evaluations, miscellany...anything that can be pinned or taped up. Mail them to Judy Wallace or bring them when you come. Judy's Address is: p.o.box 547; Bethlehem, NH 03574. Please check with Evan or Veronica regarding larger items.
At the end of the weekend, the choice is yours to take your contributions home, donate them to the college archives at the Franconia Heritage Museum or to the FCY2K time capsule. In the meantime, we are interested in any college landscape or building photos that you may have. Scans can be emailed to Evan or copies mailed to him at 376 New Gloucester Road, North Yarmouth, ME 04097.
